Premiere Production: Wrong Turn at Lungfish had its world premiere at the Steppenwolf Theatre, under artistic director Randall Arney, in Chicago, IL, on June 6, 1990. The play opened in New York City at the Promenade Theatre in February 1993. Both productions were directed by author Garry Marshall.

    ANITA MERENDINO - Mid-to-late 20's, early 30's, tough street g1rl. Very optimistic and cheerful in order to h1de a low self-esteem.
    DOMINIC DE CAESAR - Anita's boyfriend. Late 20's, early 30's. A good-looking, funny, charming but not brilliant street guy who can turn mean suddenly.
