This is an unusual comedy about spies stars Ada Westbrook, an elderly Ian Fleming type author, who is called upon to act as a liaison between our government and enemy powers.

During her Caribbean vacation, a spy dies in Ada's house. He has on him secret plans every government is after and since the plans are on the body everyone tries to steal it. And it's moved all over the place until no one knows where it is. When the body's twin brother shows up there's even more complications. Who's dead, who's alive? Who is the Mr. Big behind it all?

Farce, comedy, satire and excellent acting opportunities make it highly recommended for all groups.

  • Casting: 6M, 4F

  • FRANCES DANIELS - A middle-aged and comfortable looking woman. A large woman, she has been a secretary and companion for years and loves it.
  • PHOEBE KRAXLEY - A striking looking, sophisticated woman somewhere between 35 and 45. She always makes a gorgeous picture, looking like something straight out of Vogue Magazine. She is the social leader who knows what she wants and get it.
  • ADA WESTBROOK - Hardly the tough, jaundiced woman one expects an author of spy and seduction books to be. In fact, she looks like a modern Whistler's Mother, an old lady of delightful charm. Her white hair makes soft curls around her cherubic face, the overall effect is one of a typical Grandmother. Her eyes glisten with amusement and excitement and, although her movements are slow, she is capable of rising to most circumstances.
  • PHILIP DIKE - A middle-aged man who is extremely distinguished looking. He has authority and commands respect from all he meets.
  • MR. GORALSKY - Definitely foreign-looking with rather long hair. He speaks with an accent, is in his thirties, and tends to be rather brusque and quick-tempered.
  • VINCENT KRAXLEY - Slightly older than Phoebe. He is not too bright but is continually doing his best. One feels he is extremely attractive and something of a matinee idol.
  • MICHAEL CRENZA - In his twenties and is an affable young man. Behind his somewhat youthful appearance we sense a man of strength and courage and one who can meet all challenges.
  • HUBERT PARETT - The same age or a little older than Ada. He is well-preserved and charming with a sense of humor. He looks like a successful business man.
  • GAIL WESTBROOK - A college girl who is full of life and vitality. She is very pretty and very much in love, which gives her an extra inner-glow of happiness.
  • GUY PARETT - A pre-med student and tends to be a great worrier. He is good looking with a polite even-natured temperament which occasionally gets stretched to the breaking point.
