Sorrel grew up obsessed with Victorian literature and influenced by the sexual revolution. She doesn't fit the strict societal norms of her small town high school. Sorrel enters college as a self-proclaimed loser with no girlfriends, until she meets Maggie. Maggie's support, loyalty, and unwavering friendship bring forward Sorrel's moral questions as her sexual desires remain. The two women grow older but when Maggie is diagnosed with cancer, Sorrel must choose between raw feeling and devotion.

REVIEWS:

"The dialogue is masterfully written. It's snappy and smart and music to the contemporary ear."

 The Stratford Beacon Herald

"Bunny is a romance. What's more, it's sexy. But the romance often isn't erotic and the sex isn't always romantic. But in its messiness, this story of desire, morality and connection is hard not to fall in love with."
