When it comes to air traffic, Ray Deluso, a highly decorated Vietnam veteran, has everything under control. But on the ground, his life is a struggle after a rebellious, life-altering political decision in the early '80s, which he felt was in the best interest and welfare of his country. Twenty years later he is unable to accept the consequences of that decision and the overwhelming feelings of betrayal by friends as well as the country he fought for -- which threatens to destroy him as well as the two most important people in his life: his wife and daughter.
