 The Chicago Sun-Times

"With Andy Warhol in Iran, playwright Brent Askari has harnessed the

power of art to reimagine what might otherwise be a footnote in history, and created the possibility of empathy winning the day over enmity."

 OnStage Pittsburgh

"If you see only one play this season, you are advised to head straight to Andy Warhol in Iran, a riveting, brilliantly imagined two-character work. Intensely compelling."
