High above the bustle of the city, five strangers find solace on the Brooklyn Bridge, suspended between who they were and what they might become. From Up Here explores time, change, and the choices that shape the lives of five very different people whose paths cross in the most unlikely of ways.

The original production took place At South Hill Park in 2012 and was also streamed live to an online global audience.

  • HENRY - Male - 50+ - Educated, an aspiring writer, and has a passion for philosophy. Mourning the loss of his wife of forty years.

  • EMILY - Female - 20/30s - Sensitive and level-headed, struggling with the discovery of a life-threatening illness.

  • DAN - Male - 20/30s - Emily's boyfriend and college sweetheart. A photographer and romantic.

  • ALAN - Male - 20/30s - Wealthy businessman, self-made and confident.

  • JILL - Female - 20/30s - Eccentric, high-strung, and pregnant.
