Kate’s personal life becomes a whirlwind of complexity when her husband, Jason, an advertising executive lands a major fashion label, consequently branded a career thief by Kate, creating an unexpected source of tension between them.

Additionally, the musical explores the dynamics within Kate's family -- her mother's venture into the world of online dating and her sister Cleo’s divorce -- adding layers of relatability and depth to the story.

Kate saves the day for best friend Frankie when his famous drag show is almost derailed. Left with no alternatives, Kate’s fashion design talent becomes a reality once again. MILF the musical showcases the highs and lows of her journey, the challenges she faces, and her unwavering determination to succeed.   • KATE - Vivacious mother and fashion influencer in her early 40s. Strong singing and acting role with some dancing.

  • CLEO - Kate’s half-sister in her late 30s, who has been living the glamorous life Kate dreams about, but has recently discovered her husband shagging a woman half his age. Strong singing and dancing role.

  • JASON - Kate’s husband, an advertising executive in his early 40s. Jason finds Kate’s obsession with both her online fashion persona and virtual life is pushing them apart - these days he can’t ever get to the real Kate he married. Strong singing and dancing role. (Also plays BRAD, the young traveller who tempts Kate to have her own adventure).

  • FRANKIE - Kate’s BFF, a successful drag queen and night club owner who tries to make sense of it all and help his friends get back on the right path. Early 40s. Strong singing role with some dancing.

  • STARDUST - Frankie’s offsider in the Drag show. Mid-20s. Strong singing and dancing role. (Also plays SECURITY GUARD).

  • BANJO - Acapulco Waitress and Cleo’s new love interest. Ensemble singer and dancer, also plays HOT WAITER and PAPARRAZZI.

  • GLORIA - Kate’s mother in her 60s, who is a constant online presence, adding her two cents worth on Kate’s conduct and marriage, and everything else. Strong acting, cameo role. On screen appearance only.
